Message	about this and make automatic assumptions that Z1 is bad. most of wich never did any business with Z1 and are just loading up on the anti Z1 bandwagon. If I have an issue with Z1, I will call and let them know about and help them to fix the problem. I bet there a million business owners that wish that every customer was like me.
